My approach to psychotherapy is holistic…meaning I work with the entire person.  I believe that your mind, physical body, energetic body and spiritual body are each integral to your state of health and can easily become burdened by life’s many challenges.  I will work with you to achieve inner balance by supporting your existing strengths, exploring and healing internal roadblocks and serving as guide, witness and facilitator on your path to self empowerment, growth and healing.

I facilitate this work by utilizing my 20+ years of clinical experience, my Master’s level training in Clinical Social Work, my post masters trainings in Internal Family Systems, and my extensive studies in Mindfulness and Intuitive Guidance.
