We currently offer individualized psychotherapy tailored to meet your unique needs, focusing on healing from trauma and the emotional challenges it can create. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, substance abuse, eating disorders, or a general sense of unease, or navigating life’s transitions, we’re here to help you uncover the root of what’s holding you back—whether or not you know exactly what that is yet.
We use evidence based practices Including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic based practices, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and other approaches. (Click here to learn more)

We offer Telehealth services across all of California, ensuring you can access support from the comfort of your own space. While we do not accept insurance at this time, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Indvidual Therapy
$175 / Session

Couples Therapy
$200 / Session
Couples seek therapy when communication breaks down, conflict feels unending, or emotional disconnection creates distance in the relationship. Issues like trust, infidelity, differing goals, or unresolved past problems can contribute to these struggles. Therapy offers a space to address these challenges, improve communication, rebuild trust, and restore intimacy. Even if you are unsure of what the issues are, therapy can help clarify the issues and support a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
